I placed an order for flowers. Five minutes after the order was completed I got a phone call asking what I had ordered. Then I was told that the item I ordered actually cost more than what was on the website. When I asked how that was possible, I was informed that the "website always prices lower than what it actually costs." What?" I told her I had a confirmation and a receipt I was informed that they had not charged my card yet. After going back and forth for several minutes, the florist (grudgingly) agreed to "take a loss" and do the order for the amount of my receipt. I will do a follow up to this posting, to update as to the quality of the arrangement.

Always friendly, accommodating, smells great and they have alittle bit of everything for a budgets.
I tried to order a small arrangement to be delivered for a birthday at school. She said they were not allowed to deliver anything to the school. Since I had already called the school and had permission, I just called the school back and ask if they would call City Florist and give them permission. The lady at the school had no problem doing that. After the second call to City Florist, she said that I clearly misunderstood that the lady from school called and told herit was not allowed. Really? Why would she do that? I called the school she was like WOW. I can wait til 9am. Lol
